FloX Interactive Cushion ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or buy from us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. As a South African business, we process your information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor — we don't store your card or bank information ourselves. We also collect basic technical information (like your IP address and browsing activity on our site) to keep the store secure and working properly.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your order, to communicate with you about your order or any support questions, to send you marketing emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime), to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted on Shopify, and we use Shopify and our payment processor to run the store — they process your information on our behalf to fulfil orders and payments. We also use The Courier Guy to deliver your order, which means sharing your name, address, and contact details with them. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it. Email us at info@floxcushion.co.za to make any of these requests, and we'll respond as required by law.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first at info@floxcushion.co.za. You can also lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator, who oversees POPIA, at inforegulator.org.za.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, but no online system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee it completely.
