By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
FloX Interactive Cushion is a South African online store selling the FloX Interactive Cushion. This site runs on Shopify, which helps us provide our services but isn't responsible for the products we sell or any sales between you and us.
Using this site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to buy from us. Please give accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when you order, we need it to get your order to you.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and receive payment. Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change without notice, and we may correct genuine errors (like a wrong price) even after you've ordered.
Shipping
We ship via The Courier Guy and Pudo lockers, see our Shipping Policy for details. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the courier, it's your responsibility.
