Processing time

Delivery options (South Africa)
We ship via The Courier Guy, with Pudo smart lockers available as a convenient alternative at checkout.
The Courier Guy (door-to-door): delivered directly to your address. Typical delivery time: [insert — e.g. 2–4 business days], depending on your location.
Pudo lockers: select a Pudo locker near you at checkout instead of a home address. Once your parcel arrives, you'll receive a collection PIN by SMS and email. Lockers are open 24/7 at most locations for pickup whenever suits you. Parcels must be collected within the stated window (typically 36–48 hours from arrival) — uncollected parcels are returned to the nearest Courier Guy hub, and you'll need to contact us to arrange redelivery.

I left three things bracketed rather than guessing: processing time, your actual shipping rates, and international timeframes/rates — I don't have real numbers for any of those from you, and making them up would be the kind of thing that gets you complaints when reality doesn't match the page.
